Registration for the 2024-25 season will open

SEPTEMBER 4TH 2024

Important details:

To register each participant for the ACHL:

  1. Select a program below and add it to your ‘cart’. You can add multiple participants to your ‘cart’ before paying.
  2. Fill in all the required fields for each participant.
  3. You must read and agree to the ACHL Waiver and Code of Conduct Policy before placing your order.

If registration for a program for 2024-25 season is full and you wish to be placed on the waiting list please email your request (including player and parent name and requested program/division) to ACHLHockey@outlook.com.

Participants will be considered for placement based on age and experience/skill level.

Exemptions to the age categories may be requested.  Acceptance of this exemption will be determined solely by the ACHL league executive considering the overall benefit to the league and its values of fairness, equality, balance and sportsmanship.

The ACHL accepts payment via PayPal (PayPal account or credit card).  If you are unable to pay online please email us (ACHLHockey@outlook.com) to make alternative arrangements.  We do not accept cash payments.  Payment must be received on or before the first night of the program, otherwise participation may be suspended until payment has been received.

The Canadian Tire Jumpstart program offers financial assistance to families who meet the requirements.  Please visit their website for more information.

Family Discount:

  • 3 registrations (all from the same family/legal guardians): A 25% discount will be applied to to the third registration
  • 4 or more registrations (all from the same family/legal guardians): A 25% discount will be applied to the third registration and a 50% discount to the fourth and greater registrations
  • discounts will be applied to the registrations with the highest fees
  • refunds will be sent via PayPal in November 2024

Late Registrations:

  • After November 15th 2024 registration fees will be reduced by 25%
  • After December 20th 2024 registration fees will be reduced by 50%

Refund policy:

  • Cancellation before first night of season = 100% of fee*
  • Cancellation during first half of the season (before January 10 2025) = 50% of fee*
  • Cancellation after first half of season (January 10 2025 onwards) = 0% of fee (no refund)

*PayPal no longer refunds the administrative portion (2.9%) of the original fee. Therefore, this amount will be automatically deducted from the refund amount when a registration is changed or cancelled.
